Inspired by the rolling hills of Tuscany, our estate features authentic Italian architecture, 8 acres of flourishing grapevines across 10 varietals, and spaces designed to take your breath away from the moment you arrive. Our estate wines are crafted with our partners at Soldier Creek Winery, grown right here on the land where you'll say "I do." Every glass poured at your celebration carries the story of the soil beneath your feet.

2005
The original property is acquired. A storage shed sits on the land but the vision of an Italian vineyard estate is already taking shape in the hearts of its founders.
2012
Bella Terre Vineyard & Reception Hall opens its doors. The first weddings are held against a backdrop of newly planted grapevines and Tuscan-inspired architecture. Iowa has never seen anything like it.
2024
Wine production partners with Soldier Creek Winery, expanding the estate wine program to six varieties plus the signature Bella Bubbly. The vineyard now boasts 10 grape varietals across 8 acres.
Today
