The Guided Tasting Journey

The Deep Dive | 2 Hours

Perfect for the curious palate. Join us for an intimate, seated journey through four of our signature wines. Your Wine Guide will walk you through the unique stories and nuances of each pour, paired with curated light snacks to enhance every note.

  • When: By Appointment Only

  • Experience: Informational, guided, and immersive.

  • Booking: Pre-booking is required. To ensure your Wine Guide and pairings are ready for your arrival, please reserve your spot in advance.

  • Policy: All guests must be 21+ with a valid ID. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled tasting to receive a full refund.

Wine Down Wednesdays

Prefer a low-key evening with the crew? On the first Wednesday of every month, we move away from our formal guided format for a relaxed, social atmosphere. There is no presentation or scheduled program—just great wine, your favorite people, and a mid-week reset.

  • When: First Wednesday of the month, 5-8pm

  • Experience: Casual, social, and self-paced.

  • Booking: No pre-booking required!

  • Yes. To ensure we have the pairings ready and a dedicated host for your group, we require reservations for our 2-hour informational sessions. This allows us to keep the experience intimate and educational.

    • For Guided Tastings: Yes! Everyone must be 21+ yrs of age.

    • For Wine Down Wednesday: Everyone is welcome! We have soda and juice available for the non wine drinkers in your group.

  • While our main role is to be available for our wedding couples and clients we do love hosting our wine lovers. Please call to see if we are available prior to dropping in. Thanks!

  • Think of it as our monthly open-house. On the first Wednesday of every month, we ditch the "classroom" feel. There is no formal talk or structured tasting—just open doors, wine by the glass or bottle, and a place for you and your friends to relax.

  • Unlike our Guided Tastings, which include curated light pairings, Wine Down Wednesday is more flexible. We do have Roberto’s Pizza for purchase or feel free to bring in your own food.

    • For Guided Tastings: Give us a call and we can discuss numbers.

    • For Wine Down Wednesday: Groups are always welcome! Since it is open seating, we recommend arriving early to snag a spot for your crew.
